OFFICE HOURS Class Dates for 2006-07 SCAP Class Dates for 2007 Registration Dates Tuition Schedule *Level 1 - Catechists, Aides, Session Supervisors, SCAP: Art Coordinator, Sacramental Materials Fees POLICY: Previous year’s tuition must be paid before a registration form is processed. GENERAL INFORMATION ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is critical to our children’s faith formation and understanding of the teachings of the Church. It is of great importance that there is continuity in their attendance. Parents are asked to call the office if their child will not be attending on a particular day so that we can notify their teacher. If the child does not come to class and we have not been called by the parent, we will call to make sure the parent knows where the child is. TARDINESS: If a child is late they must stop in the Office for a Tardy slip. Parents are asked to make every effort possible for the children to be on time. If children are walking into class at many different intervals, it is very distracting for the Catechist and the other students. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES: If the Livonia Public Schools are closed due to the weather, our classes will also be cancelled. If an emergency arises in the middle of the day and we are forced to cancel classes, you will be called by a Catechist or a member of the Office personnel.
